reduced incomes during the pandemic. In January 2023, St. Richard’s Hospice ended the formal Commercial
Partnership Agreement, but I will continue to honour my original commitment to them.

Lance Dune House is a circle of life novel that spans over 40 years, and the country house
just outside Droitwich Spa, where our story starts and ends with criminal endeavours.
As two half-sisters, both about to turn 40, learn for the first time of each others’
existence, the very different circumstances of their upbringings and decisions made
hastily, creates an envy that initiates a cunning quest for revenge, ultimately leading to
